It's an apartment complex. You'll find quite the assortment of weirdos. Just pay your note, do what you say you'll do, and try and respect the rules and you'll have a fine time there. Diane was great in my opinion - but there's a lot of people there that aren't there as a stepping stone in their life... they're lifers, broke, with no reason or goals to achieve. She has to deal with that day in and day out - so give her a chance, show her you're not a loser and she'll treat you with respect. Remember that it's a business, not a charity case. Pay your note!

Long story short: I was noticed my pet was allowed in April, called today in July, Diane was not friendly, said the pet was not allowed and no matter what it's not accepted when I was told it was. The other rude comments on her I believe after my situation. Didn't even reply back to my email after I showed her the email that said my pet was accepted. I was told a few months back that my pet was allowed, I didn't the 3 months rent at the time. Either way I asked today about the apartment that's opened soon. I informed the person "Diane" that I was informed that my pet was accepted. She kept repeating that she's the property manager and that's not going to happen, I told her again I was told that my pet was accepted so I was planning on this location to move to. Not going to happen, didn't sound friendly on the phone just kept saying her position, I heard you the first time, the point is that I was lied to and was told that I could have my pet here. Caged pets are better because they don't poop and pee everywhere so that being denied is ridiculous. At this point next month I'm just going to buy my house. Apartment rules of caged pets now allowed is just ridiculous, since my caged pet is very clean and very secure.
